Who owns the credits?
Your company (tenant) wallet is shared by everyone on the team. Tenant admins purchase packs; all members can spend.
Do credits expire?
Unused purchased credits expire 24 months after purchase. See our Terms.
Is there a monthly subscription?
Not right now — pure prepaid packs. You only buy when you need more usage.
What models can I use on the free trial?
Standard / mini-class models (our efficient default). Mid and premium models unlock after your first paid pack.
Where do I buy credits?
Sign in, open Settings → Billing, and pick a pack. Existing customers manage balance and history there.
